1. Preparation and Measurement 📏

Ensure the wall you will be applying the panel to is clean, dry, and smooth. It's crucial that the first panel lies perfectly flat; therefore, use a spirit level to lightly mark the starting point on the wall with a pencil.

2. Cutting and Sizing ✂️

A length of 280 cm is usually a perfect fit for standard ceilings. However, if you need to cut out socket or switch holes, or shorten the panel, flip it over. You can use a utility knife to cut only the felt part, and a fine-toothed saw to cut the wooden slats.

3. Applying the Adhesive 💧

Apply the mounting silicone onto the black acoustic felt on the back of the panel in zigzag patterns or at regular intervals. Be careful not to get too close to the corners to prevent the silicone from overflowing.

4. Wall Mounting 🧱

Align the panel with the guide line you drew on the wall. After checking for complete straightness one last time with a spirit level, apply even pressure to all parts of the panel to ensure the adhesive adheres firmly to the wall.

5. Extra Security (Optional) 🔩

If your wall is very rough, or if you are mounting the panels to the ceiling, you can add extra strength by inserting black-headed screws through the black felt between the wooden slats. The screws will be completely hidden inside the black felt and will never be visible from the outside.

After securing the first panel, the most enjoyable part begins! Place the other panels next to the first one, seamlessly overlapping and leaving no gaps, and repeat the process. Thanks to the special edge design, the panels interlock perfectly, and the seams are completely invisible.
